Python - GCP Devops Engineer
Summary
Develops and maintains Python applications and cloud infrastructure on GCP, automating deployments and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring scalable production environments.
We are looking for a Python DevOps Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud environments. This role combines software development, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations, with a primary focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python applications, supporting cloud deployments, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliable, scalable production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python applications and services.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Manage containerized applications using Docker and GCP services.
Troubleshoot issues across application and infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve reliability and automation.
Requirements
Must have
Strong experience with Python.
Hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Docker, FastAPI, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work across both software development and cloud infrastructure.
Nice to have
Experience with Azure.
Experience working in cloud-native environments.
Knowledge of deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
