Python/React Module Lead
Summary
Leads a team to design, build, and maintain full-stack Python and React applications, including APIs, microservices, and front-end components.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Module Lead with 4–6 years of experience in Python and React development. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Python and React.
- Build robust services, APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Develop front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML,CSS
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL serv
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
