Python Software Developer

TEAMSYSTEM SPA is seeking a software developer to join an agile team responsible for translating requirements into scalable Python-backed services. You will contribute to modern cloud-native architectures, optimize PostgreSQL-based data solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust backend systems.

Develop and maintain backend applications and services in Python. Design and optimize PostgreSQL-based solutions for performance and reliability. Integrate APIs and third‑party services for seamless communication. Support deployment and operations in AWS environments with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams along the software lifecycle. Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and automation. 1+ year of software development, backend focus with Python. Strong Python skills and ability to maintain/explore existing codebases. Good SQL knowledge, PostgreSQL preferred. Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows. Basic Linux command-line and Bash scripting. Familiar with REST APIs and testing tools such as Postman. Interest in AI-powered development and AI coding assistants.
