We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AWS and DevOps practices to build and evolve scalable backend services and APIs in a modern cloud environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Work with Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation and Git
- Ensure high standards of scalability, security, performance and code quality
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and business stakeholders
- Contribute to Generative AI / LLM solutions when relevant
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python and backend/API development
- Solid experience with AWS, ideally ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, RDS, IAM and CloudWatch
- Strong DevOps mindset
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker and Infrastructure as Code
- Good software engineering and testing practices
Nice to have:
- Generative AI / LLMs, Agents, RAG or tool calling
- AWS certifications
- Experience in banking or regulated environments
