• develop backend code and REST APIs with a focus on prompt engineering and LLMs
• collaborate with the Technical Architect to deliver robust, high-performance solutions
• build and deploy intelligent agents that automate practical business tasks
• optimize tool performance (Claude, ChatGPT) and integrate into workflows
• turn AI tooling into usable products for real-world use cases
• work with a cross-functional team in a startup-like environment

• strong Python software engineering skills across the full development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment)
• experience building AI agents or automating business processes using agentic technology
• experience with JSON-based REST APIs
• comfortable working in a startup environment
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• passionate technologist with ability to keep up with innovations
• knowledge of software engineering principles, Agile practices, CI/CD
• cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• experience interfacing with databases; Neo4J or graph DB ideal
• degree level education with minimum 2.1 from a top-tier university
