Q.A TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Salary: ₱10,530 – ₱12,000 per month

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and applications.

• Test of Software systems to run according to its design specifications.

• Provide customer support, effectively working through email, phone call and chat. Additional support includes troubleshooting the issue reported.

• Minimum 1-2 years of technical support experience required.

• Can handle MySql Database Administration and can execute database queries.

• Team player, willing to be trained and willing to travel.

• Willingness to travel rarely/as needed for work assignments.
