Q&FS Coordinator

Job Description:

PURPOSE:

Coordinate all activities related with Q&FS
This position is key position of quality and food safety.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain and improve the established Quality & Food Safety System to comply with requirements of Regulatory, business, ISO9001, ISO22000 and Mars Std., and sustain customer satisfaction;
  • Lead Food Safety Risk Assessment with relative dept. to ensure any changes impact the Q&FS MS are well managed;
  • Coordinate the scheduled internal & external audits related with Q&FS MS and follow up the audit findings;
  • Conducts regular internal audit including GMP/GMP in site and monitor and improve the Pest Control performances;
  • Ensure the effectiveness of CAPA implementation to Non-conformities, Continuous Improvement Program, SIRB, FMOS etc.
  • Support the Animates Q&FS MS culture in site and training to relative parties;
  • Participate the cross function meeting, i.e. Quality Review with Global Formulator Team, AP Regional Lab, Customer Complaint review etc.;
  • Collect Q&FS KPIs as for input to periodically management review;

Background Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of Food Science or equivalent;
  • Over 5 years experiences in food manufacture relative field;
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO22000/HACCP, GMP/GHP are compulsory;
  • Sensitivity to the quality and food safety incidents
  • Be Familiar with quality tools regarding root cause analysis, smart decision making, risk assessment and etec.
  • Previous experience in a food / feed industry or knowledge of microbiology preferred;
  • Good communication skills to liaise internally and externally, as well as to assist in motivating, training and improving the team;
  • Good computer skills, include office and other data analysis software.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing;
