Q201602: Cabinet Drafter (Cabinet Vision)

We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry and Joinery Estimator to join Guerilla Staffing Solutions and support our client's team in preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will use your knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, and manufacturing processes to deliver competitive estimates for high-end cabinetry, custom joinery, and fit-out projects.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP40,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM)

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and quotations for residential and commercial cabinetry and joinery projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, sketches, and project specifications to identify project requirements.
• Calculate material quantities, labour costs, hardware, fittings, and other expenses required for each project.
• Develop estimates for kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, custom joinery, and commercial fit-outs.
• Review cabinetry designs and construction details to ensure all relevant costs are accurately captured.
• Update estimates and quotations based on design revisions, project requirements, and client or site changes.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and manufacturing teams to clarify specifications and resolve costing concerns.
• Maintain organised estimating records and deliver accurate, competitive quotations within project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the cabinetry, cabinet-making, or joinery industry.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, joinery methods, hardware, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings, plans, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Experience preparing detailed material take-offs, labour calculations, cost estimates, and project quotations.
• Knowledge of Australian cabinet-making and joinery practices and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; experience with commercial fit-outs, hospitality, hotel, or custom joinery projects is an advantage.
