Role Summary
Leads quality assurance and Section 508 conformance for the modernization, with specific accountability for proving functional equivalence between the legacy system and its replacement. Applies AI-assisted test generation and defect triage while maintaining formal, auditable accessibility evidence produced by human testers.
Key Responsibilities
• Define the equivalence testing strategy proving the modernized platform reproduces legacy behavior, including edge cases and calculation logic.
• Architect test automation frameworks and use AI-assisted generation to expand case coverage from legacy code and requirements.

Our Profile:
We are an IT company with a unique mission—to make people the center of every federal IT solution. Our technologists have always gone the extra mile to help our federal clients succeed. And over the years, we saw a growing disconnect in how federal IT initiatives were built and managed. Time after time, programs failed because the focus was on the tools and products and not the people using them. Learn More.
