QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance process of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality before release. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing business requirements, preparing test cases, and executing various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will also be tasked with reporting, tracking, and analyzing defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Quality Center. Collaboration with development and business teams is essential to resolve issues effectively and maintain detailed test documentation and test data. Additionally, you will support the implementation of automation frameworks and execute test scripts using tools like Selenium, QTP, and JMeter. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with experience in testing tools and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial, as is attention to detail and the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
