QA Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to serve as a key contributor to our client's software quality assurance efforts. This role will play a critical part in testing software releases, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement across deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review release and deployment tracking sheets to identify and prioritize upcoming work
• Ensure releases and deployments are accurately tracked
• Participate in daily standup meetings to share progress and workload updates
• Monitor queues to ensure tickets are addressed and updated as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation for QA processes, test cases, and results
• Update and refine testing procedures as tools, systems, and requirements evolve
• Collaborate with QA team members, IT, and business partners

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance
• Ability to follow documented test cases, procedures, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail when executing tests and documenting results
• Clear written communication skills for documenting defects and findings
• Familiarity with API testing tools and browser developer tools
• Experience with performance, load, or stress testing tools
• Familiarity with basic programming or scripting concepts
• Basic proficiency with Windows 10/11, Word, and Excel

Preferred:

• Exposure to automated testing tools, including writing and maintaining automated tests
