QA Analyst (Project Based)
Job Objective
Plays a critical role in safeguarding product quality at the start of the manufacturing process. This role is responsible in validating the hand-adds add/or basemix preparation report and verifying micro ingredient inclusion to prevent preparation error, ensure nutritional compliance and contribute to the company's commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable feed products to customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Hand-adds/ Basemix Validation
Cross-check hand-adds/ basemix report against Production Schedule and the issued formulation
Module Verification
Individually inspect and validate pre-weighed micro ingredients before mixing into batches
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of weight verification for traceability purposes
Non-conformance Management
identify and immediately tag non-conforming batches, incorrect weights or discrepancies
Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of check/inspection results and quality control activities. Document observations, deviations, and corrective actions taken during inspections in accordance with established procedures and documentation requirements.
Feed Safety and Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and regulatory animal feed standards.
Product Traceability
Assist in maintaining product traceability by accurately recording lot numbers, batch codes, and other product identifiers. Ensure that proper labeling and identification are applied to the raw materials and basemixes/ hand-adds to facilitate traceability and recall procedures if necessary.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate effectively with the production team, quality assurance team, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Sustainability & Safety
Implement "Green Engineering" initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of the mill, aligning with the Massive Transformative Purpose of sustainable growth.
Education:
●Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related course
Experience:
●Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role, preferably in the food or feed industry and premixing for at least 1 year is preferred but not necessary.
●Familiar with quality assurance principles, procedures, and tools used in manufacturing environments.
Other Requirements:

● Has basic computer skills, including data entry, document management, and email communication.
● High attention to detail with precise weight measurement techniques
