An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Technology & Information Services team of one of the world's leading global law firms.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of internally developed applications within a large, complex global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and testing strategies.
• Perform manual testing (80%) and automated testing (20%) across enterprise applications, web systems, APIs and integrations.
• Identify, investigate and document defects, conduct regression testing and report on software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and business stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
• Proactively improve testing processes, tools and overall software quality.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance testing activities and support AI-enabled applications.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in software Quality Assurance, with strong manual testing expertise.
• Experience within large, complex enterprise or multinational organisations is highly desirable.
• Strong background testing enterprise applications, web-based systems, APIs and integrations.
• Exposure to Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bruno and JMeter advantageous.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management and software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and modern testing approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. QA certifications advantageous.
