QA Automation Engineer
Summary
Design and run automated tests for enterprise procurement software using Playwright/Selenium, integrate them into CI/CD, and ensure accessibility and regression coverage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, API, and UI testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for procurement workflows, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and execute accessibility automation testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Contribute to the overall QA strategy and process improvement within a large enterprise setting.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software design and testability.
- Identify, analyse, and document defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.
- Develop and manage test data strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews for automation scripts.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of effective regression testing strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and test automation.
- Proficiency in building automated functional, regression, API, and UI test suites.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Strong experience in API testing.
- Experience with managing and creating test data.
- Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated testing.
- Solid understanding of regression testing design principles.
- Experience in large enterprise QA environments.
- Familiarity with procurement workflows.
- Experience with accessibility automation testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
