QA Automation Engineer
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a strong engineering mindset to join our Release Management Squad and take a meaningful role in designing and scaling automation solutions across our products. This role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and automated non‑functional validations, working closely with R&D to embed quality deeply into the delivery pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve scalable automation solutions for functional and non‑functional testing, using Python and Selenium for web-based and desktop applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and quality gates (GitHub Actions or equivalent) to ensure automated validation is an integral part of the release process.
- Develop automation processes for non‑functional requirements, including performance, reliability, stability, and upgrade validations.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automation into build, deployment, and release pipelines.
- Continuously improve automation infrastructure, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using Python and Selenium.
- Strong programming and debugging skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and SDLC.
- Experience testing web-based client applications and backend services.
- Strong system‑level understanding with the ability to test complex, multi‑component solutions end‑to‑end.
- Solid understanding of automation strategies for non‑functional testing (performance, stability, reliability, compatibility, and upgrade flows).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot issues across environments, services, and infrastructure.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- High level of English – required.
