QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the existing QA members to set automation standards and best practices within the team.
• Develop Automation Test Scripts, debug issues with the existing scripts, Develop Frameworks, evaluate toolsets, and suggest application-specific solutions.
• Run the Automation Scripts and generate related reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: BE/MCA/Equivalent from a reputed institute with 4+ years of IT Experience.
• Min. 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Min. 5+ years of proven experience in Test Automation Scripting.
• Experienced with both UI and API based automation testing
• Experience with developing and implementing Testing Automation Frameworks
• Experienced with Selenium/JAVA, BDD or TDD frameworks.

• Agile and Scrum experience.
• Must be a strong team player.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to understand REST API, JSON, and XML formats; experience with API testing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Web Application Testing, Database or SQL Testing, and Web Service Testing.
• Experience with native mobile application testing, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
