What We're Looking For
Must Have
1. 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, Quality Engineering, or a similar role.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Python and pytest.
3. Practical experience testing AI-powered applications, AI services, LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or GenAI products.
4. Experience testing real AI services, not just using AI tools for test generation. Understanding of how AI systems work at a high level including prompts, context, retrieval, tool calling, model responses, and non-deterministic behavior.
5. Experience designing automated tests for systems where exact output matching is not always appropriate.
6. Hands-on experience with reliability, resilience, fault-tolerance, or recovery testing.
7. Experience with performance/load/stress/soak testing using k6, Locust, JMeter, or equivalent.
8. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
9. Strong debugging and root-cause-analysis skills.
10. Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical architecture.
11. Strong ownership mindset and willingness to investigate problems deeply.
12. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or cloud-based services.
