QA Director

We are looking for a QA Director to lead and shape our enterprise-wide quality engineering vision and execution.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and SRE leaders to embed testability, automation, performance, and reliability into the core of our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Quality and automation as a first-class architectural priority
• Organisation-wide automation maturity and competency frameworks
• Advanced testing practices including AI-driven testing, performance engineering, and reliability
• Strategic investments in tools, infrastructure, and capabilities
• Influence on roadmaps, risk posture, and engineering decisions at scale

Requirements

• 15–18 years in quality engineering, automation, or performance engineering
• Senior leadership experience influencing architecture and engineering strategy
• Proven ability to define and execute org-wide quality and automation strategy
• Deep understanding of performance engineering, observability, and reliability practices
• Experience managing large-scale tooling and infrastructure investment
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of building mature, scalable quality organisations
