Задачи:

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for major Veeam product components, from requirement analysis and lab design through test execution and results analysis;
• Build and maintain realistic enterprise-grade test environments, including large infrastructures and complex topologies;
• Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits, and work with developers, functional QA, and product managers to resolve them;
• Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues reported by Technical Support and customers;
• Own and evolve performance test labs through environment creation, configuration, monitoring, and collaboration with IT teams.

Требования:

• Technical education or a strong hands‑on passion for systems and performance;
• 1–2 Years of experience in performance and/or load testing, or a strong practical background in system performance;
• Ability to analyze test results and clearly identify bottlenecks, limits, and performance risks;
• Advanced user or system administration knowledge of Windows and/or Linux;
• Good understanding of CPU, memory, storage, and networking;
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking;
• Motivation to grow as a performance and scalability engineer;
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams;
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including profiling and performance analysis;
• scripting, test automation, or infrastructure deployment experience;
• understanding of virtualization platforms and large virtual environments;
• hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
• Python experience;
• familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or similar infrastructure as code tools.
