Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web and API testing.
  • Perform manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and improve overall QA efficiency.
  • Investigate and debug test failures in collaboration with developers.
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members on automation and testing best practices.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, frameworks, and test coverage.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience in web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Experience with manual testing, including test design and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks beyond Selenium/Playwright.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience with test management, bug tracking, and version control systems.
  • Exposure to performance testing or security testing.
