Working closely with an interdisciplinary DevOps team, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of backend systems. Your job Key responsibilities - Define and drive test strategy for backend services and APIs - Design, develop, and maintain API and integration test frameworks - Validate service‑to‑service integrations and data flows - Ensure data integrity, contract validation, and error handling - Ensure quality gates are met in CI/CD pipelines - Perform manual exploratory testing when required - Identify, report, and track defects with clear root‑cause analysis - Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams - Advocate for shift‑left testing, quality best practices, and continuous improvement - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA capability building.
