QA Engineer
Summary
Manual QA Engineer tests software for a global client, writing and running test cases, verifying APIs with Postman/SOAP UI, and tracking defects in Jira.
We are looking for a Manual Tester to join a long-term project for a global technology company.
What you will do
Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression and integration testing
Verify REST/SOAP APIs using Postman or SOAP UI
Analyze logs, databases and application behavior using SQL
Report, track and verify defects
Cooperate with developers, analysts and business stakeholders
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in manual software testing
Practical experience with SQL queries
Experience with API testing using Postman or SOAP UI
Good understanding of software testing processes and SDLC
Experience working with Jira and test management tools
Fluent communication in English
Nice to have
Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
ISTQB certification
