QA Engineer

Requirements:

• Educational background - Engineering.
• Strong experience in hands-on manual testing and QA automation for business applications.
• Hands-on UI and API automation experience with Java, TestNG, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
• Takes a multifaceted view of quality - business impact, user adoption, technical implementation and SRE.
• Dexterity to quickly pick up and work on multiple domains and applications.
• Business-first thinking in test coverage and test case design.
• An engineer first thinks about test execution design and test automation.
• Strong preference for experience in digital commerce and retail.
• Preference for experience in software development and QA automation.
• Preference for experience in a tech start-up (small company).
• Clarity of thinking and detail orientation.
• Agile, flexible, resourceful mindset along with best practices and a safe deployment approach.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
