QA Engineer
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing, evaluating, revising, and applying technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test raw materials and finished products.
- Ensuring that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
- Performing analysis and identifying trends in the inspection of finished products, raw materials and recommends corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Qualify and optimize processes through Gage R&R Studies, Process Capability Studies and Designs of Experiments.

Participate in the investigation of failures and formulation and implementation of action plans for all internal and external corrective actions, audit findings and address MRB items in a timely manner.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or its equivalents with at least 5 years of relevant work experience semiconductor or electronics / optoelectronics industry.
Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Knowledgeable in SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 management system.
- Proficient in using statistical software such as JMP.
- Proficiency in developing Quality Dashboards using Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Certified Internal Auditor is preferred
