Own and continuously improve the team's testing approach, becoming the go-to person for testing topics in an agile environment.

Ensure test readiness across infrastructure, environments, and test data to enable smooth and reliable execution.

Design, implement, and expand automated test coverage, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs.

Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to identify risks, clarify requirements, and prevent defects early in the development lifecycle.

Share regular testing insights, results, and quality metrics with stakeholders, supporting informed release decisions.

Contribute to Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices, helping the team improve quality while maintaining delivery speed.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
- Experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a passion for building reliable and maintainable products.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, backend testing, and API validation.
- Programming experience with Java, Kotlin, or comparable technologies, and an interest in continuously improving testing practices and automation coverage.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with CI/CD environments, ISTQB certification, or additional automation expertise would be considered a plus.
