QA Engineer

About the role

Domino's Pizza Indonesia is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking defects, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating fixes to ensure that delivered features meet approved business requirements.

Job Description :

• Understand business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure effective test planning and execution.

• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

• Execute functional testing across web, mobile, POS, ERP, and internal applications.

• Validate user interfaces, business workflows, calculations, business rules, integrations, reports, notifications, user permissions, and approval flows.

• Perform several testing to ensure system stability before release.

• Collaborate with developers, vendors, business analysts, and product managers to resolve defects and validate fixes.

• Support UAT by preparing test scripts, guiding business users, consolidating test results, and tracking defects and sign-off status.

• Support release and go-live readiness by validating production readiness and ensuring critical defects are resolved or formally accepted before deployment.

• Conduct post-go-live validation, support issue triage, and prepare test execution reports, defect logs, regression checklists, and QA sign-off reports.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing for web, mobile, ERP, POS, or enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, testing methodologies, and the defect lifecycle.

• Proven experience in functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

• Ability to create clear and structured test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a structured working approach.

• Comfortable collaborating with vendors, business users, developers, and cross-functional project teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, TestRail, Postman, SQL, browser developer tools, or mobile testing tools is preferred.

• Basic API testing knowledge is preferred.

• Experience in QSR, retail, e-commerce, POS, ERP, or mobile application testing is an advantage.
