Looking for Good Communication skills & working experience with Global Stakeholders(US Clients/UK Clients).

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT test cases.
• Prepare test data and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through closure.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a QA/testing perspective.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users for defect resolution and validation.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and testing status reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Strong experience in functional and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, defect management, and test documentation.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar testing/defect-management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and other documentation tools.

Preferred: Experience in enterprise applications and working closely with Business Analysts and development teams.

Ideal Candidate: A QA professional who can independently understand requirements, create comprehensive test scenarios, execute end-to-end testing, manage defects, and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
