QA Engineer
Summary
A QA engineer joins a small (3-person) agile QA team to test a PSD payments platform, ensuring it meets EU regulations including PSD2 and DORA. Day to day involves QA testing, building test automation, independent quality assessments, and using AI tools, with occasional travel to Germany.
The QA Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that the PSD platform meets EU regulations and PSD2 requirements. This position involves joining an agile product team to enhance quality and compliance through an independent perspective.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing for the PSD platform.
Implement test automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and ensure adherence to them.
Provide independent quality assessments, contributing to overall product quality.
Utilize AI tools to improve and automate the testing process.
Must Haves:
Experience in QA testing within an agile environment.
Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of EU regulations, specifically PSD2 compliance.
Strong understanding of DORA context and regulatory standards.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI applications in software testing.
Experience with Google Cloud and cloud-native environments.
Background in financial technology (FinTech).
