QA ENGINEER

Summary

The QA Engineer leads a team of QC inspectors to ensure product quality in a manufacturing environment, managing inspections, non-conformance analysis, and QMS documentation. The role involves coordinating with production, vendors, and customers while participating in quality audits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the product quality inspection as per the customer requirement.

  • Lead & supervises a team of QC inspector to perform the incoming, in process & outgoing inspection activity.

  • Coordinate with production for any quality related issue.

  • Liaise with vendor and customer on complaint/feedback related with quality issue.

  • Responsible to initial of non-conformance analysis, and closure of the corrective / preventive action plan.

  • Manage the QMS documentation system.

  • Participate in internal and external quality audit.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Able to work independently and as a team player.

  • Able to read & interpret engineering drawing.

  • Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.

  • Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage.
