QA ENGINEER
Summary
The QA Engineer leads a team of QC inspectors to ensure product quality in a manufacturing environment, managing inspections, non-conformance analysis, and QMS documentation. The role involves coordinating with production, vendors, and customers while participating in quality audits.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product quality inspection as per the customer requirement.
Lead & supervises a team of QC inspector to perform the incoming, in process & outgoing inspection activity.
Coordinate with production for any quality related issue.
Liaise with vendor and customer on complaint/feedback related with quality issue.
Responsible to initial of non-conformance analysis, and closure of the corrective / preventive action plan.
Manage the QMS documentation system.
Participate in internal and external quality audit.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
2 - 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment.
Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Able to read & interpret engineering drawing.
Good knowledge of QA technique, procedure, and methodology.
Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100D or others regulatory requirement will advantage.
