QA Engineer

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented individual to join our QA team. You'll learn both manual and automation testing while helping ensure that our website, apps, and product data are reliable and accurate. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in software testing alongside experienced engineers.

What You'll Do

• Understand product requirements and write clear test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing) on web and mobile platforms
• Help build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Robot Framework with Python
• Verify the accuracy of product listings, prices, and deals shown on the platform
• Run basic SQL queries to validate data in the backend
• Use Linux commands to check logs, run test scripts, and troubleshoot issues
• Report bugs clearly in a tracking tool (e.g., Azure) and follow them through to closure
• Test across different browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience
• Work closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc)
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals: SDLC, STLC, bug life cycle, and testing types
• Basic knowledge of Python programming
• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver and/or Robot Framework (college projects or self-learning count!)
• Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY)
• Comfort with basic Linux commands
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for spotting inconsistencies
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn

Good to Have

• Basic API testing using Postman
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and locators (XPath / CSS selectors)
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Exposure to Azure or any bug tracking tool
• Awareness of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Interest in e-commerce and online shopping
