QA Engineer Lead

Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and QA Analyst to make sure client meets deadlines on a new platform being implemented. Hands on role and leads by example. Communicates progress on a regular basis to management in a concise manner

8+ years of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer

3+ years of experience as a QA Lead

5+ years of experience supporting development and testing large scale projects

Experience in leading project teams of test engineers

Experience in managing project time lines to make sure they are communicated to management and meet all deadlines

Experience in test requirements specification, analysis, test plans/procedures, methodologies and management, and test reporting

Solid communication, planning, presentation, risk assessment, detailed oriented and leadership skills

Knowledge of Automated Test Procedures a plus

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science highly desired
