QA Engineer Lead / injection molding/CMM Programmer (MAX $4500)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

Location -Woodlands

Working hours – 8.30am to 5.30pm/5days

Experience MUST -Plastic Injection molding /CMM

Knowledge -ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a group of QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality-related issues.

• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Validation for new and modified products.

• Support MSA / Gauge R&R, calibration and measurement system activities.

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.

• Establish and monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk, and process capability for critical characteristics,

• Investigate internal quality issues, process defects and customer complaints.

• Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor quality trends, scrap, rejection and rework, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support customer, supplier, internal, and external quality audits.

• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and presentations for management and customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering…etc, with 2 to 5 years’ experience

• Experience in plastic injection molding , CMM / Vision Management Systems is preferred.

• Engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Knowledge of Data Tool - SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, and Gauge R&R with be good

• Experience with FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485
