QA Engineer (Manufacturing/ QMS/ IATF 16949)

• Location: North (company transport provided islandwide)
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm
• AWS + VB + Monthly allowance

QA Engineer (System Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including FMEA, Control Plans, change control, documentation, and audits.
• Review and update quality manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits, coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review and respond to customer quality-related enquiries and documents, including quality agreements, specifications, and audit checklists.
• Prepare responses to environmental compliance enquiries related to RoHS, REACH, and other substances of concern.
• Coordinate technology transfers with overseas sites and support trial production activities.
• Support supplier quality management through regular meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and on-site audits.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and quality core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC is preferred.
