QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, your main mission is to lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring our software’s functionality, usability, reliability, and performance align perfectly with business and customer needs.
What you will do:
Conduct and lead different types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.
Design and maintain scalable test documentation ( test cases, checklists, test data).
Perform in-depth root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvements in product quality.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are testable and meet quality standards.
Investigate urgent customer issues and drive resolution in collaboration with support and development teams.
Mentor junior QA engineers, share expertise in testing techniques and tools
Contribute to improving QA processes and testing strategy
Participate in regular QA syncs, planning sessions, and product demos
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in software testing, including complex web applications.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC.
Solid experience with test management systems and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail).
Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
Good understanding of databases (SQL) for test data validation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Intermediate written and spoken English.
High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of quality processes.
