2 / Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts for websites and web applications.
- Conduct testing using Cypress and other automation tools for regression, performance, and load testing.
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs found during testing.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
3 / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA engineer or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in manual testing and automated testing using Cypress.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of website and web application testing.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
