QA Engineer
Summary
Primarily manual QA Engineer testing web applications (UI/UX and API) using tools like Swagger and Postman, working 4 days on-site in Vilnius and 1 day remote on a 3-month contract.
What you'll do
- Take part in the full testing lifecycle: reviewing requirements, preparing test cases, and executing functional and non-functional testing
- Perform manual testing based on real user journeys and acceptance criteria (the role is primarily manual; automated testing experience is a plus)
- Maintain test coverage across multiple devices, browsers, and systems
- Test new features using API testing tools (Swagger, Postman)
- Work closely with the QA Lead, the team's Engineering Manager, and another QA team members
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of QA experience (manual and/or automated); flexible on seniority — mid, mid-senior, or senior level all welcome given the urgency of the need
- Hands-on experience testing web applications, with a focus on UI/UX (experience limited to mobile apps won't be a fit here)
- Experience with Swagger, Postman, or equivalent API testing tools
- Able to get up to speed quickly and contribute independently from around week two
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a knack for creatively finding ways to break things
- English and Lithuanian — Lithuanian is required
Bonus points
- Experience writing and executing test plans, familiarity with test design techniques
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Basic SQL/database knowledge
- Basic coding skills in any language

- Team size: up to 10 people (developers + QA)
- Reports to: the QA Lead and the team's Engineering Manager
