Swissmeda is looking for a talented and motivated QA engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems
Using AI to improve QA process and speed/quality of testing
Checking that new features do not contain bugs and are developed according to requirements
Documenting and reporting discovered bugs to all relevant teams for correction (following up with the appropriate channels when bugs are found - Jira, Scrum meetings, team chats)
Developing a workflow for product testing, documenting new and existing processes
Creation test specifications and plans, RTMs, test reports
Communicating with other departments such as product management and development team to coordinate scheduling for QA testing
Participate in the communication with users who report issues with the software (clarify steps to reproduce the issue, actual and expected workflows)
Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team
Participating in autotests creation using Python

Requirements:
Understanding of SDLC
Knowledge of test design techniques \
Understanding of testing types (Functional and Non-functional)
Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists etc.)
Understanding of Agile methodology
ISTQB certification
