QA Engineer
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications, prioritizing automation when applicable
- Identify and resolve software defects in close collaboration with the development team to ensure high-quality releases
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and maintain backward compatibility
- Conduct manual testing
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Test back-end data systems, including database validation, API testing, and data integrity checks
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools to optimize testing efficiency
- 4+ years of experience in testing web applications
- Experience with front-end testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
- Experience testing back-end data systems, including database queries, API testing tools (e.g. Postman), and data validation techniques
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience writing and working with test documentation
- Proficiency with Chrome DevTools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Deep knowledge of testing theory
- Deep understanding of HTTP
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g. Appium, XCTest, Espresso)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
