  • Contribute to end-to-end acceptance testing and release validation.
  • Investigate, triage, and diagnose defects discovered across development and testing environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and support timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and execute manual test cases where automation is not practical or sufficient.
  • Identify opportunities to convert manual test scenarios into automated regression coverage.
  • Build and continuously improve scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
  • Support continuous quality improvements by introducing testing best practices, processes, and standards.
  • Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, test data, and relevant quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing both functional and non-functional automated tests.
  • Solid programming experience in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Proven experience building, maintaining, or enhancing test automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Watir.
  • Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, Spinnaker, or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with Gherkin, BDD, and TDD practices.
  • Strong understanding of software quality principles, test strategy, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for establishing testing best practices and continuously improving product quality.
  • Ability to identify quality risks early and collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of challenging testing problems while working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain defects, risks, and technical findings.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
