Job Summary
What you will do
Supplier Quality & Claim Management
• Manage supplier quality performance, including monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle supplier/customer quality claims, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Audit & Certification Management
• Plan, coordinate, and support external, customer, and internal audits
• Maintain and ensure compliance with certifications, including:
• ISO 9001
• BRCGS Packaging Materials / FSSC 22000
• FSC, Bonsucro, and other sustainability standards
HACCP & Food Safety Management
• Establish, implement, and maintain HACCP plans for packaging material production processes
• Conduct hazard analysis and ensure effective control of food safety risks
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure proper documentation and verification activities
• Support food safety risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international food safety and packaging material regulations (e.g., FDA requirements, migration tests for PM/AM)
• Align site practices with Tetra Pak global quality and food safety standards
Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality and food safety management systems
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and One Point Lessons (OPL)
• Conduct training programs, including HACCP and food safety awareness training
Continuous Improvement
• Actively participate in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) pillar teams
• Lead or contribute to quality, food safety, and process improvement projects
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor key quality and food safety KPIs and prepare regular reports
• Use data-driven approaches to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Other Duties
• Execute additional assignments or projects as assigned by the manager
We believe you have
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HACCP principles
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in food, beverage, or packaging industry is preferred
• Familiarity with the following standards is an advantage: ISO 9001,ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging Materials, HACCP implementation and verification
Education and work experience requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work experience: more than 5 years
