QA Engineer - TOSCA

Salary: ₱110,000 – ₱120,000 per month

We are looking for experienced TOSCA Quality Engineering professionals to join our team as either a TOSCA QA Tester or TOSCA QA Lead. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about software quality, test automation, and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through an automation-first approach, leveraging Tricentis Tosca to deliver efficient and scalable testing solutions.

Work Setup

• Hybrid Work Arrangement

• Onsite 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) for Mandaluyong

• Onsite 1 day per week (Friday) for Taguig / Lead QA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Conduct API and database testing to validate system integrations

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery initiatives

• Drive automation best practices and process improvements across projects

Additional Responsibilities for QA Leads

• Define test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality standards

• Lead testing activities across multiple applications and integrated systems

• Review testing deliverables and provide mentorship to QA team members

• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

TOSCA QA Tester

• At least 3 years of software testing experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca automation experience

• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing

• Knowledge of API testing and database validation

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication skills

TOSCA QA Lead

• At least 7 years of software testing experience

• Minimum 3 years leading QA teams or large-scale testing initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation

• Experience designing test strategies and automation frameworks

• Experience with API, database, and enterprise application testing

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments
