QA Engineer

• 5 days work week, Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Office location: Near Jurong East MRT
• Friendly working environment

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer is expected to perform the following technical support for semiconductor equipment at customer sites:

• Set up and buyoff new chase at customer site.
• Troubleshoot mold issue at customer site.
• Handle mold chase dismantling and assembly.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone calls when needed.
• Communicate technical information to the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand technical drawing for mold parts.
• Able to communicate with customers on site.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to travel overseas for job assignments with 1–2 days' notice and stay for up to 1–2 weeks, when required.
• Training will be provided.
