QA Engineer (US Healthcare + QNXT + Snowflake)

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in US Healthcare/Payer, QNXT, Snowflake, and SQL. The role will focus on functional and data testing across healthcare domains including Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and data validation testing.
• Validate QNXT data across Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility modules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and backend testing using Snowflake and SQL.
• Validate ETL/data migration, transformation, and source-to-target data.
• Create and execute test cases and manage defects through resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
• Support UAT and collaborate with business, development, and data teams.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to healthcare requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of QA/Data Testing experience.
• Hands-on QNXT testing experience.
• Strong US Healthcare/Payer domain knowledge.
• Experience with Claims, Membership, Provider & Eligibility.
• Strong Snowflake data testing experience.
• Strong SQL for backend validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with ETL/Data Migration Testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case creation, and defect management.

Nice to Have

• AWS exposure.
• Test automation experience.
• Healthcare Data Warehouse/reporting validation.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Vadodara

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid
