Summary

QA Engineer ensures product quality by managing audits, customer specs, and compliance documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualification/Competency Criteria

At least Diploma. 1-2 years working experience

At least 1-2 years in relevant industry.

Experience in mechanical test equipment and knowledge in chemical test will be an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

· Coordinate all Quality Control activities across production, packing, and shipment.

· Receiving, reviewing, and approving customer specifications.

· Handle customer audit, supplier audit and internal audit.

· Handle customer feedback and CAR report.

· Update Quality report – Weekly, Monthly and Annual quality performance review report.

· Conduct ISO and GMP training for new employees and refresh training for current employees.

· Create SOP and maintain company control documentation.

· Manage customer specification database.

· Manage calibration program.

· Manage Technical data sheet and Safety data sheet database.

· Corresponds with customers regarding certificates of compliance/analysis.

· Review and filing raw materials certificates of analysis.

· Review and approving batch records prior to production.

· Develop and maintain quality systems: Implement and monitor ISO standards for operations.

· Maintain QA records, inspection reports, and quality metrics; present findings in management reviews.

· Train operators and QA staff on inspection techniques, quality standards, and process improvements.

· Perform other job function at Plant Manager request.

Required skill and competency:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint applications

2. Bilingual but good proficiency in English - Spoken & Written

3. Hands-on & self-driven personality requiring minimum supervision

4. Able to handle and manage stressful situations
