Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing & Distribution
• Position Title: QA Executive
• Working Location: West – Pandan / Jurong
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm & Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain food safety systems, including ISO 22000 requirements.
• Monitor compliance with food safety SOPs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Train staff on food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare food safety audit, incident, and compliance reports.
• Maintain controlled documents, specifications, procedures, and quality records.
• Monitor pest control programmes and follow up on required rectification.
• Support internal audits and follow up on non-conformities.
• Ensure raw materials, finished products, and packaging meet approved specifications.
• Coordinate product traceability exercises, mock recalls, and actual recalls when required.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, maintenance, and management teams.
• Report significant food safety or compliance risks to management.
• Monitor changes in regulatory, certification, and customer requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in food quality assurance or food safety is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, food safety systems, internal audits, and corrective actions.
• Familiar with food hygiene, traceability, recall procedures, and quality documentation.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
