QA Inspector (Pumps)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the documentations.
- Approves outgoing materials that conforms to specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production that conforms to the specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; performs in-process audit; communicating required adjustments to Process/ Maintenance Engineering.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests and ensuring that all materials are meets or exceeds customer requirements.
- Maintaining and publishing an inspection log, detailing findings of types of defects and number of parts rejected; alerting management to quality problems.
- Collects and consolidates all the reject units produced by production process on a defined frequency. Document in the Quality Database and safekeep all reject units from the production area.
- Report Any non-conforming material/Product and hold production for any high failure rate due to quality
Education & Experience
- its equivalents with at least1 years of relevant work experience in process Quality Inspector (functional skills)
