QA Inspector (UV Cleaning & Packing)

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare parts according to customer specification and approved work instructions
  • Perform UV inspection to identify particles, contamination, stains, marks, or other cleanliness issues
  • Ensure all parts meet the required cleanliness and visual acceptance criteria before packing
  • Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, contamination, fingerprints, or damage
  • Use the specified cleaning materials, PPE, and approved tools
  • Perform packing according to the approved customer packing method and requirements
  • Verify part quantity, part number, serial number, labels, and packing condition before final packing
  • Maintain proper cleanroom/controlled-area practices during cleaning and packing
  • Record inspection and packing results as required for traceability
  • Report any NC, damage, contamination, or abnormal condition to QC or the supervisor
  • Ensure the work area, tools, and packing materials are clean and properly maintained
  • Follow all applicable safety, quality, ESD packages, and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education; experience in QA/QC, cleanroom, inspection, cleaning, or packing
  • Experience handling precision or contamination-sensitive parts is an advantage
  • Able to perform detailed visual and UV inspection and identify contamination, particles, stains, scratches, and other defects
  • Able to follow customer specifications, work instructions, cleanliness criteria, packing methods, and ESD/cleanroom requirements
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in verifying part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, labels, inspection records, and packing conditions
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to report non-conformances or abnormalities promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
