Qa Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive QA strategy, automation, governance,

and release quality across our product engineering ecosystem. The candidate will lead the

QA team and ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our enterprise data platform,

integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, testing standards, and automation frameworks.
• Lead automation-first testing across functional, regression, API, integration, and data

testing.

• Manage QA planning, test coverage, defect tracking, quality metrics, and release

sign-off.

• Lead and mentor QA engineers while coordinating testing across multiple

development teams.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across data pipelines, integrations,

and analytics.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous quality

improvement.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and DevOps teams to ensure timely,

high-quality releases.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Playwright or

Selenium.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in database, ETL/ELT, and data validation testing.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, defect management, test planning, and

release governance.

• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing multiple concurrent

workstreams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing data platforms, data products, and BI solutions such as Power BI or

Tableau.

• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, cloud platforms, and data integration technologies.
• Experience in performance and non-functional testing using JMeter or k6.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI product testing is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with proven QA leadership

experience.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team

leadership skills.
