QA Lead for card payment products: runs quality assurance across ATM/POS issuing and ISO8583 switch testing (Bancnet, Mastercard, Visa, Amex), plus settlement, chargeback and reconciliation flows, combining test analysis, Agile testing and hands-on automation. Requires 5+ years of technical experience and the ability to read and write code in multiple languages.
- 5 years and above of experience from a technical background with the ability to read and write source code across multiple languages
- They must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver successful results.
- Previous experience in Card Payment Products, product and software development and quality assurance
- Experienced or familiar with Bancnet, Mastercard, Amex and Visa functionalities and specifications (ISO8583)
- Knowledgeable in ATM and POS issuing domain and IST Switch Platform
- Familiar with Settlement, Chargeback and Reconciliation Process
- Familiar with Card Life Cycle and Management Process
- Experience doing test analysis, Agile Testing, hands on automation experience and ISTQB-CTFL certification
