About the Role: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) product suite. The ideal candidate will drive product quality through effective testing strategies, automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring the QA team. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality enterprise SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team while promoting Quality Engineering best practices.

• Define test strategies, quality standards, and release readiness criteria.

• Drive automation for functional, integration, regression, and API testing.

• Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression test suites.

• Validate end-to-end Source-to-Pay business processes and enterprise integrations.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify quality risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor quality metrics, automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.

• Own product release quality and production validation.

Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading QA teams.

• Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

• Experience testing enterprise web applications and REST APIs.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development.

• Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Supplier Management, AP Automation, or ERP Procurement products is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in SAP, Oracle or similar ERP platforms will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, API, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework.

• Experience in API automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

• Good programming skills in Java or Python.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or similar test management tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Preferred Skills:

• Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes

• Experience testing ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Experience with Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• ISTQB certification is an advantage.
